My role as an Office 365 Ambassador is end to end support and deployment for business and enterprise admins. I Interact with consumers and admins, as well as internal partners, enterprise support teams, field sales organizations, and business groups to plan, test, deploy, and support Office 365.
GoDaddy helps companies start, confidently grow, and successfully run an online presence. As an Office 365 and SSL Specialist I had two main responsibilities. I consulted with small businesses about email, website, and document storage needs, then assisted with the planning, setup, and deployment of Office 365. I also supported the creation, certification, and installation of SSL Certificates. This was performed on various platforms including Windows and Linux based servers.
As a Manager, I was responsible for leading by example and inspiring my team to create ownership opportunities for customers on the sales floor. I oversaw operations such as inventory and visual merchandising. Additionally, I actively built my team by training, developing, and coaching them in sales and client relations management.
