I consulted with small businesses about email, website, and document storage needs, then assisted with the planning, setup, and deployment of Office 365. I also supported the creation, certification, and installation of SSL Certificates. This was performed on various platforms including Windows and Linux based servers.

As a Manager, I was responsible for leading by example and inspiring my team to create ownership opportunities for customers on the sales floor. I oversaw operations such as inventory and visual merchandising. Additionally, I actively built my team by training, developing, and coaching them in sales and client relations management.
